Fun Run Photos
/We had a fantastic time at our 2nd Annual ELC Fun Run! A huge thank you to all our sponsors, parent volunteers, and ELC staff who made this event a huge success. Also thank you to Coach Laura and her high school track students for making this event such fun for our young runners. We hope you enjoy these photos of the event captured by Mr. Mark.
This week we also spent time researching our wetland animals and learning about some of the plants that grow in our local wetlands. We examined some of these plants in our outdoor classroom in the bioswale, pond garden, and fern garden. Then students sketched these plants and added them to our wetland mural. We also enjoyed picnics outside, exploring in our meadow gardens, and some magnificent tower-building in our block center this week.
